When will I receive my personalised cushions?
Most of our polyester personalised cushions are ready to Click & Collect in just 1 hour. However, our premium suede and canvas photo cushions take us longer to make, so they can be home-delivered or collected in-store within 5 working days.
How do I create personalised cushions online?
Making your own personalised cushions is really quick and easy. Simply explore our range of cushion designs and fabrics, pick a size, and then click “Personalise”.
This will open our easy online builder, where you can add photos, names and text straight from your phone. You’ll also see a 3D preview of your cushion, which gives you a great idea of how your finished cushion will look!
Can I wash my personalised cushions in the washing machine?
Yes, our personalised cushion covers can all be machine-washed at 30 degrees or hand-washed, so keeping them fresh and clean is always easy. However, the cushion covers cannot be washed in the washing machine.
How are personalised cushions printed?
Personalised cushions are printed with our advanced heat transfer machines, which provide a high-quality print of your photo and text. Every personalised cushion is printed on one side, while the reverse remains blank.
Can I remove the filling from my personalised cushion?
Yes, all personalised cushions feature a 100% polyester insert and a zip fastening, so it’s really easy to remove the filling when you need to wash the cover.
