What are your personalised cushions made of?
Every personalised cushion includes a 100% polyester insert, but the cushion covers are made from either polyester, canvas or faux suede.
Our polyester photo cushions feature your photo in a central square and are ready for same-day Click & Collect. Canvas and faux suede cushions offer a full edge-to-edge print instead, along with a plusher, more premium feel (but these are not available for same-day Click & Collect).
How do I create personalised cushions online?
Make your own personalised cushions with photos, text, names and dates in just a few easy clicks. You’ll be cosying up to your fave photos in almost no time at all.

Are your personalised cushions machine-washable?
Yes, the removable cushion covers can all be machine-washed at 30 degrees, so keeping them fresh and clean is always easy. However, the cushion inserts cannot be washed in the washing machine.
How are your photo cushions printed?
Personalised cushions are printed with our advanced heat transfer machines, which provide a high-quality print of your photo and text. Every personalised cushion is printed in stunning quality on one side, while the reverse remains blank.
How big are your personalised cushions?
Most of our personalised cushions measure 16x16”, but some designs are available in slightly bigger or smaller sizes. Our biggest photo cushions measure 18x18”, while this 11” heart-shaped cushion is currently our smallest size.
When can I collect my personalised cushions?
Most of our polyester personalised cushions are ready to Click & Collect in just 1 hour. However, our premium suede and canvas photo cushions take us longer to make, so they can be collected in-store within 7 working days.
Do you offer next-day home delivery?
Yes, next-day home delivery is available on all personalised cushions ordered before 12pm (Monday to Friday). Home delivery is also available on canvas and faux suede cushions, but this can take up to 7 working days.
