Apply & Go - Document Checklist

When taking passport photos in our shops, you can enjoy our optional Apply & Go service. For an extra £15, our in-store specialists will complete your entire online passport application, so you’ll have one less thing to worry about when you get home. 

You’ll just need to bring the right documents with you, so below is a complete guide on what to bring for Apply & Go: 

Adult Renewal

  • Old passport (if within 8 years)
  • Old passport and verification (if over 8 years)

What is Apply & Go?

Apply & Go is an optional service in Max Spielmann shops, available after we’ve taken your passport photo. Our in-store specialists will complete and submit your online passport application for you. You’ll leave our shop knowing that everything has been taken care of!

How much is Apply & Go?

The total cost of our Apply & Go service is £27.99. This price includes the standard £12.99 we charge for passport photos, along with an extra £15 charge for submitting your passport application. 

However, this price does not include the standard HMPO passport application fee, so you’ll also need to pay for this separately as part of the service. 

Where can I use your Apply & Go service?

Apply & Go is available at most Max Spielmann shops across the country. However, it’s not available at our passport photo booths or when you order passport photos online.
