How to use your photo print credits
Using your print credits is really easy. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Buy a pack of print credits in advance of your next photo print order (they will be valid for the next 12 months).
2. Sign in to your account to view your print credit balance.
3. Order photo prints online and redeem your print credits at checkout. You’ll make a huge saving!
4. Choose either home delivery or 5-day Click & Collect. Print credits are not valid on 20-minute prints.
5. Use your remaining print credits at any time before the expiry date!
Frequently asked questions about print credits
What are print credits?
Print credits let you pre-pay for your photo prints in bulk, so you can buy up to 500 photo prints online for much lower prices per print. Instead of buying loads of prints at once, you can redeem print credits gradually throughout the year and enjoy our lowest prices for 12 months!
How long do print credits last?
Print credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You don’t need to spend them all at once - just make sure you redeem them all before the expiry date, or you’ll lose them forever!
How do I see my remaining print credit balance?
View your current print credit balance at any time within “My Account”. Simply sign in and go to “My Print Credits” to see how many you have left.
What can I spend my print credits on?
Print credits can be redeemed on either 6x4” or 7x5” standard photo prints, depending on the pack of credits you’ve bought. You’ll need to choose either home delivery or 5-day Click & Collect at checkout, as print credits cannot be redeemed on 20-minute prints.
