Almost all of our personalised mugs are made from high-quality, durable white ceramic. Our ceramic mugs are all microwave and dishwasher-safe (with the exception of our magic mugs), so they’re really easy to heat and clean.

We also offer a small selection of personalised porcelain mugs, which are made from more elegant and delicate porcelain china instead.

How do I create personalised mugs online?

Making your own personalised mugs is really easy with us. Simply choose from our huge selection of mug designs, click “Personalise” and then use our easy online editor to make a mug unlike any other.

Classic photo mugs can be personalised with your favourite snap, while photo collage mugs let you bring all your favourites together. We also offer personalised name mugs, super-cute glitter mugs, and mugs for dads, mums, him and her.

Depending on your chosen design, you can easily add photos and text straight from your phone, change the handle and interior colour, and then either choose free Click & Collect or handy home delivery.

When will I receive my personalised mugs?

All ceramic personalised mugs will be ready to Click & Collect in just 1 hour, or can be home delivered the next working day (if you order before 12pm, Monday to Friday).

What size are your personalised mugs?

Most of our ceramic personalised mugs are 10oz (295ml) and measure 9.4x8cm, which is a standard size for a mug.

Can I add text and photos to my personalised mug?

This depends on the personalised mug you’ve chosen, as each design can be personalised in different ways. Some mug designs can only be personalised with photos, others with just text, while some can be personalised with both photos AND text. Just double-check the product info to see exactly how it can be personalised!
