How many photos can I add to my mug?
Photo mugs are available in a great range of layouts, so the number of photos you can add will depend on your chosen design. For example, our photo collage mugs can be personalised with multiple photos, while our porcelain, enamel and magic mugs can only be personalised with a single photo.
What are photo mugs made of?
Most of our photo mugs are made from durable white ceramic, but we also offer a small selection of porcelain and enamel photo mugs as well.
When will I receive my photo mugs?
Including our magic mugs, all ceramic photo mugs will be ready to Click & Collect in 1 hour. However, our porcelain and enamel mugs will be ready to Click & Collect in 5 working days instead.
Photo mugs of all types can be home-delivered the next working day, so long as you place your before 12pm (Monday to Friday).
Are all photo mugs dishwasher and microwave-safe?
Most of our photo mugs are safe to use in the microwave and dishwasher, but there are a few exceptions. Magic photo mugs aren’t dishwasher-safe but can be used in the microwave, whereas our enamel mugs can’t be used in either the dishwasher or the microwave.
What is a photo magic mug?
A photo magic mug is a mug that uses heat-changing technology to magically reveal a hidden photo. When they’ve cooled down, magic mugs return to their original black colour, but the heat-sensitive coating makes your photo gradually appear as you fill the mug with a hot drink.
