Terms and Conditions - Summer Smiles 2025

  1. The promoter is Max Spielmann Ltd. registered at Timpson House, Claverton Road, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M23 9TT 

  1. The competition is open to UK children aged 16 or under, excluding employees of Max Spielmann Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. 

  1. No entry fee and no purchases are necessary to enter this competition. You will be automatically entered after enjoying your free Summer Smiles photoshoot. 

  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Please note: some of our stores do not have a photography studio, so please check with your local branch before travelling.  

  1. Entries can only be submitted by a Max Spielmann colleague, after you've received your free kids' photoshoot.  

  1. Only one entry can be made per child 

  1. Entries open on 28th July 2025 and the closing date for entries will be 24th August 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 

  1. Entrants are automatically entered into the prize draw to win a 1-week family holiday in a UK holiday home. 

  1. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

  1. The competition winner(s) will be notified by email and/or social media.  

  1. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed/collected/delivered. 

  1. Max Spielmann accepts no responsibility for entries that aren’t received for whatever reason. 

  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. If the promoter has to do this, the entrant will be informed via the website. 

  1. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

  1. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final. 

  1. Any entries that are deemed to have abused the rules will be disqualified, and the entry will be disapproved. 

  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

  1. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

  1. The winner agrees to the use of his/her and/or child's name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. 

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Max Spielmann and not to any other party. 

  1. Selected stores only. Entries can only be submitted by a Max Spielmann colleague. Only one entry per child. This competition is promoted by Max Spielmann LTD and we reserve the right to end the competition early, cancel the competition at any stage or delete entries and/or votes for whatever reason. Entry from Max Spielmann colleagues is not allowed. 

  1. Branches and customers are responsible for ensuring email addresses are all completely accurate and correct.
