Our online photo service is still available for home delivery so please click here where you can print photos, create canvas prints and design a photobook.  However, due to the coronavirus, our shops are sadly going into hibernation and all of our shops will be closed as of 5pm Monday, 23 March 2020.

We will be reopening our shops as soon as it is safe and prudent to do so, and you will still be greeted by my amazing colleagues and a warm smile.

All of our colleagues are being paid in full while we are in hibernation, and I would like to put on record how brilliant they have been during this crisis. There are 5,500 colleagues in our family and everyone has stood up to the mark.

Are your shops still open?

No, from 5pm on Monday 23rd March 2020 we have taken the decision to temporarily close our shops but our online store is still open for home delivery.  We will re-open our shops as soon as it is safe and prudent to do so.

Can I still order products?

Yes, our online store will remain open for delivery to home for as long as we are able to.

Can I still contact you?

Yes, you can still contact us through our usual channels. Click here for our contact details.

When will I receive my online order?

Whilst the Royal Mail and our courier partners continue to operate, our usual service and delivery times still apply for delivery to home. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or contacting Customer Service at any time and we will aim to get back to you as soon as we can.

I have placed an online order for click and collect but the shop is now closed.  Please can you help?

We will do our best to try and divert your order to be delivered to an address of your choice.  Please contact Customer Service with your order number and delivery address and we will aim to get back to you as soon as we can.

We are staying close to the government on the latest information and advice to ensure we are doing the right thing for both our colleagues and our customers. We know that one of the most important ways to help prevent the spread of any virus is to maintain good hygiene, so as per the NHS guidance we are recommending that our customers and colleagues continue to thoroughly wash their hands on a regular basis and to follow the advice on catch-it, bin-it, kill-it for coughs and sneezes.
